FAA Property operates from Suite 3-7, Level 5, Tower 2 at 55 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore. We're part of the FAA Group, which brings together property investment, finance, accounting and retirement planning under one roof.
Our focus is property investment, property management and sales. We source and manage investment properties and also assist owners with residential property sales. Every property we source is assessed against investment criteria: yield, growth potential, tenant demand and holding cost. And when it settles, we manage it too.
That end-to-end approach is what sets us apart. Your focused property, lending and accounting teams all work within the FAA Group, making it easier to coordinate services while meeting each department's privacy and compliance requirements.
