We’ve made it easier to report maintenance issues with our new online maintenance request system.

This form helps us quickly understand the issue, arrange the right trades, and keep repairs moving without delay.
Please follow the steps below when submitting a maintenance request for your rental property.

How It Works

  1. Select the type of request
    Choose the category that best suits the issue (for example: electrical, plumbing, appliance, leak).
  2. Be specific
    Select the option that best describes the problem.
  3. Add details
    Briefly explain what’s wrong and when the issue started.
  4. Upload photos (recommended)
    Photos help us assess the issue faster and may reduce delays.
  5. Submit your contact and property details
    Once submitted, your maintenance request will be received and reviewed by our team.

Urgent or emergency maintenance:
Please follow the emergency contact details in your tenancy agreement.
