Taleah Jerome

Taleah is a Property Manager whose main role is the routine administration/management of our client’s rental properties. Her duties include carrying out property maintenance and repair reports, organising maintenance jobs, client and tenant liaison, preparing leases and rent management. Taleah became a Property Manager because she enjoys working in an industry where there is an opportunity for constant learning in a fast-paced, professional environment, which ties in well with one of her favourite mantras; “always strive to better yourself” which she employs on a daily basis.

One of her favourite parts of the job is dealing with the wide range of people she encounters day-to-day within her profession, and when she is not at work she enjoys painting, learning Mandarin, and spending time at the beach in the surf.
