Kimberley Stevens

Kimberley is a dedicated Property Manager with over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her role includes liaising with owners, tenants, and trades to ensure properties are well-maintained and managed to the highest standard. From completing routine inspections, processing applications, arranging maintenance, and sending rental appraisals to owners, she ensures every detail is covered to provide a seamless property management experience.

Passionate about the real estate industry, Kim finds the most rewarding part of her job is delivering the good news to tenants that their application has been approved. She believes in the motto: “Love what you do and do what you love… Be Happy!” — a phrase she carries with her daily.

Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her family, baking sweet treats, reading a good book, fishing, golfing, and enjoying date nights with her husband.
