Our property manager Kayla is incredible, from start to finish she is very efficient, we relocated from Sydney and obviously relocating from states can be stressful enough but Kayla made sure everything her end was sorted and ready to go for us, the application and approval process was quick. Kylah also deserves a special mention, she attends our routine inspections and is always so lovely, we have not had to request any maintenance however she always asks if there is anything we need and I’m sure if we did, it would also be a quick process to have things attended to. If you are an owner looking for an agent to manage your property, as a real estate agent myself I would absolutely trust FAA with my investment property.
